Located at Rue des Hornes 4, in the heart of Brussels’ European Quarter, Eclipse is a six- storey office building that has undergone a complete transformation. Once an obsolete structure from the 1960s, it has been reimagined into a modern, sustainable workspace designed for the way we work today.
Eclipse offers 2,288 sq m of bright, flexible office space tailored to New Ways of Working. Floor-to-ceiling windows, green patios and terraces, and modular layouts provide an inspiring, healthy, and collaborative environment. Heating and cooling are delivered via a 4-pipe air/water heat pump connected to metal radiant ceilings, ensuring optimal thermal comfort. A centralised technical management system (BMS) oversees ventilation, lighting, climate, and meter readings floor by floor.
Smart and Eco-Responsible
The roof is fitted with photovoltaic panels that contribute to the building’s energy needs. Two 10,000-litre rainwater tanks supply the toilets and water the garden. LED lighting is present throughout, with presence detectors and light sensors to reduce energy use.
